In 1851, five pioneer families first met for worship at the Farwell (Old Red) Schoolhouse.
The church was officially established in 1858 with 32 charter members, uniting people from several Christian traditions.
In 1862, the first church building was constructed on donated land near what is now the Windsor cemetery.
1906: Moving with the Community
In the winter of 1906, the 1862 church building was moved on skids to its present site to be closer to church families.
Wood from this original structure is preserved today in the 1862 Cross.
1966: A Growing Church
A major addition in 1966 included a 200-seat sanctuary, classrooms, and office space.
The original sanctuary became the Heritage Room, used for smaller gatherings and meetings.
2006–2007: Expansion for the Future
A new sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms, and offices were added.
Ground was broken on April 30, 2006, with the first service held on February 3, 2007.
2014–2019: Preserving Our Heritage
The church bell fell in 2014, prompting a structural evaluation of the tower.
Following repairs and restoration, the bell was reinstalled in spring 2019, continuing its call to worship
