Pastoral Relations Committee Process for Submitting Concerns

If you have a concern regarding pastoral leadership you are invited to use the following process for submitting your concerns.

  • You are first encouraged to speak to the pastor directly.
    • If you are more comfortable having a member of the Committee present for that
      conversation, please contact the chair.
  • If you wish to submit a written concern, you are welcome to use this form.
    • All submissions must include the name of the person submitting the concern as well as the date and the contact information of the person submitting it, in case we need to contact you for clarification.
    • No anonymous submissions will be accepted.
    • The PRC should receive only letters from individuals, not petitions from groups.

Submissions will be reviewed at the next meeting of the PRC. You will receive a response from the Committee once the concern has been reviewed, and discussed. The Committee will decide if the concern has merit and deserves further action. Legitimate concerns will be discussed by the Committee (always with the pastor present) and together decide on a course of action and follow it.
