Online Sign up for In-person Worship Tip Sheet

Sign up Window: Sign up for in-person worship is open from 8:00am Wednesday to 11:59pm on Thursday.
Sign up Location: The sign up link will be at windsorucc.com/safeworship. Check this page for any last minute news or updates. Please refer guests to this page so they can learn how we are preparing for them to join with us in worship.
No Sign up Required; Serving in Worship: All those who are serving in worship (Ushers, Greeters, Hosts, Musicians, Sound Techs, etc.) do not count toward our worship capacity limits and are not required to sign up.
Three-Part Sign up Process: The online sign up form has three parts:
- Medical Questionnaire (required): There are two check boxes. Once these boxes are checked, the other two parts of the form appear.
- Sign-up for In-person Worship (required): A link appears at the bottom of this part, “CLICK HERE TO SIGN-UP ANOTHER TO ATTEND IN-PERSON WORSHIP.” You can sign up as many people as you wish. Each time this link is clicked another sign-up form will appear.
- Sign up as Primary Contact (optional): Designate yourself as primary contact to receive confirmation for all those you have signed up for in-person worship.
Individual Sign up: If signing up individually, complete parts 1 and 2. If you include your email in part 2, you will receive an email confirmation. You may also RE-ENTER your information to set yourself as your own primary contact if you wish to receive last minutes news or alerts.
Couple Sign up: If signing up as a couple, complete parts 1 and 2. Emails entered in part 2, you receive an email confirmation. You may also RE-ENTER contact information to designate one in your household as primary contact if you wish to receive last minute news or alerts.
Family Unit / Friendship Circle Sign up: You may sign up for all members of your family unit or friendship circle all at once. In part 2, enter emails for those who wish to receive an email confirmation. You may also RE-ENTER contact information to designate one member of your family unit or friendship circle as primary contact if you wish to receive last minute news or alerts. NOTE: It is not necessary to enter everyone in your group all at once–you can enter information separately and attend together.
Other: Many of our members are helping parents and friends to sign-up to attend. The form is designed to allow us to help one another. We advise you to contact your friends and loved ones on Monday or Tuesday to offer help and gather information, so you can sign up for them in Part 2 and set yourself as their primary contact.
