Adult Choir – Grade 9-Adult

One of the easiest ways to celebrate God’s goodness is through song. The Adult Choir is a never ending fun and exciting way to grow spiritually and musically. We are challenged with both traditional and contemporary choral music with plenty of solo opportunities. We welcome anyone to join us for this comfortable refreshing way to experience the joy of Christian faith. The Adult Choir sings twice a month and mixes between both our traditional and contemporary services. Please check out our Performance Schedule for a better outline.
In this fast paced world we know that time is very valuable. With that in mind our rehearsals are structured to be good stewards of your time. We start on time and end on time with lots of fun in between. Rehearsals are each Wednesday evening, 7:45 to 8:45pm, except during the summer and Lent and then check out our special rehearsal schedule.
Please feel free to either stop in for rehearsal or speak with any choir member at anytime about joining. You do not need to be a member of the church to sing with us, we appreciate the opportunity to build new friendships.
We are always looking for vocalists to help us around the holidays. We invite anyone that would like to be a part of this exciting program to join us for a short time during either the season of Advent (November through December) or Lent (February through March/April depending on Easter) as we plan big celebrations of the two major Christian holidays.

Youth Choirs (Pre-School to 8th Grade)

The exuberance of young children and youth is contagious and uplifting. If you get a bunch of them together it’s almost a circus. Yeah you parents know that feeling. Yet, many of us still recall the wonderful songs of our childhood and we try to pass that heritage along to our children today. We try to have fun yet challenge the youth with uplifting and fun tunes. The youth share their talent with the family at least once a month and we mix between both services September through May. Rehearsal for the two groups is Sunday mornings. Feel free to bring your child to any rehearsal and parents are always welcome to hang out and help out.

Cornerstone: Contemporary Worship Band

Cornerstone is a band comprised of voices (usually 4 at each service), piano, drums, guitar, bass guitar, flute and percussion. We try to make the worship experience fun and uplifting with the music of the day.
We play for the 2nd service (10:30) each Sunday from Labor Day to Memorial Day and every other Sunday (2nd & 4th) during the summer months. Practices are held 1-2 times each month, with more frequent practices during the Christmas and Easter months.
